Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by M8trix Systems LLC ("M8trix Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Denver, CO. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide:

• AI Voice Receptionist: 24/7 call answering, appointment booking, missed-call text-back, and email notifications.
• Website & AI Chat Bot: custom professional websites with embedded AI chat, mobile responsiveness, and calendar booking integration.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in your service agreement or order form.

Fees & Payment

Setup fees and recurring monthly fees are due as stated in your agreement. "Founding client" rates are limited and subject to availability. Late or unpaid accounts may result in suspension of services.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information needed to configure your services.
• Maintain ownership of any phone numbers, domains, or accounts as required.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws (including TCPA and similar regulations).

AI Limitations

Our AI receptionist and chat bot use automated systems that may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-handled interactions that affect your business operations. M8trix Systems does not guarantee a specific outcome from any AI interaction.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website and assets we deliver for your business. M8trix Systems retains rights to the underlying tools, templates, code frameworks, and AI configurations used to provide the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as described in your agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M8trix Systems' total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
